It’s been more than two months since I last wrote something here. And yeah, I feel a bit guilty for not updating the blog more often. So let me start by saying this: I’m still here. I didn’t stop writing. I still plan to keep this blog alive. But you know how it goes… saying and doing are often two very different things.

So what happened?

Life happened. That’s all. One of my three jobs suddenly exploded with work. Unexpected, urgent, massive. The kind of thing that doesn’t give you a choice. You sit at your desk, deal with it, and keep going until it’s done. And once you’re done… your brain is fried. No energy left to open the blog and write something meaningful. Because yes, writing does require energy. Especially if you want to do it well.

Then, right after that, I went on a two-week vacation with my family. And when I’m on vacation with them, nothing else matters. No blog, no findom, nothing. As I’ve always said: my family comes first. Always. Even if, judging by how much I spend, it might not seem that way.

Back on track? Kind of

The work emergency is over. Vacation is over too. I’m back. Slowly, but I’m back. Trying to restart the engine here and get back to writing.

I already have a few ideas in mind for the next posts. I won’t say more for now because I still need to regain the right mindset. I’m getting there… step by step.
